Awesome video on what I have witnessed in my years in the classroom. It's the kids you praise for their excellent effort and working hard that end up succeeding, not necessarily the ones with high IQ's...that know they have high IQ's. I'm so glad that they have done studies to try and support this, so we as teachers and parents give specific praise on children's effort, progress, and willingness to stretch themselves.
